Sweet Loops by Stef
A small-batch artisan goods brand going from Instagram DMs to a fully managed online storefront — with an admin panel Stef runs herself.
The Problem
Sweet Loops was selling through Instagram and word of mouth. Taking orders via DMs. Fielding "what's available?" messages at all hours. No product catalog, no cart, no way to receive payment without manually following up. Stef was the system — and the system didn't scale.

What We Built
A complete e-commerce system, custom-designed to match the Sweet Loops brand — warm peach, sage green, handmade warmth. Built to be self-managed from day one.

- Session cart and Stripe checkout — no account required to buy
- Admin panel: add products, upload photos, manage pricing
- Order workflow: received → processing → shipped → completed

The Outcome
Stef now runs a complete e-commerce operation without any developer involvement. She logs into her admin panel, adds new products with photos, tracks orders from payment to delivery, and updates her store settings. Customers browse a real storefront, add to cart, and check out. The DMs dried up. The sales didn't.
